Welcome to Myles J. McManus Middle School (MMS)
Dear McManus Middle School Family,
I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new principal of McManus Middle School. I have been a part of the Linden Public Schools for 25 years, as both a teacher and an administrator, and I am eager to begin this new endeavor in leading your school community. As a proud father of two teenagers, I am guided by treating your children as I would want my own children to be regarded in their school buildings.
Recently, I met with all students and made them aware of both the high expectations I have of them, and they can have of me. I expect our school to be a safe, dynamic, and vibrant space for our students to thrive both academically and socially. I expect our students to be kind, respectful, honorable, and hard working. I am committed to doing my part in making these expectations a reality.
On behalf of the McManus Middle School staff and myself, we look forward to succeeding in our mission to educate our students and enrich their educational experiences with advanced technology and best practices for the rest of the 2022-2023 school year. I am proud to be the leader of such a distinguished group of educators, students, and families.
