While the weather outside has been cold and rainy, many of our best students have been preparing for their voyage to Arras, France. Led by Mme. Foy, our esteemed French teacher, and Mrs. Casey, one of our two outstanding school media specialists, these 23 students are prepared to take a trip of their lives to northeastern France, where they will stay with host families and experience all that French living has to offer. As part of this exchange visit, we hosted students from France in the fall, where we provided them the opportunity to experience the American way of life. Now, it is our students’ turn to have their horizons widened as they improve their French and learn more about what it means to be a global citizen.

And, in case you’re wondering, our students will visit Paris, where they will have the opportunity to see many of the sites that have made France’s capital an inspiration for artists, scientists, and just about every other profession there is.
