Belgium, situated between the Netherlands and France, has a population that is nearly evenly divided by those who speak Dutch at home and those who speak French. Generally, the further south you go, the more French is spoken. Arras, our sister city, is near the Belgian border, so it only made sense for our students to take a visit to this nearby country to see its marvels.
